Love this business! I purchased a Segway Snarler atv and there was no aftermarket support yet. These guys and gals stepped up huge! They developed some cool upgrades and parts! Also they have been helping me with ANY questions about these new machines! Stand up service and quick shipping! Can't wait to get more upgrades from them!! ??

Top shelf, fast shipping, 3 days to get my tires to Alberta. Will definitely use these guys again.

Would NEVER recommend!!!! We had our ATV in to get a snorkel kit installed. We were only quoted 3 hours for the install. We were told it would be done and to come pick it up by 4pm (5 days after it was dropped off). After waiting 2 hours they told us it wouldn't be finished. They had it for an extra week after this. We were told it was taking so long since they don't let anything that isn't up to their standards leave their shop. We finally got it back at 10:30PM a week later. Mac was terrible at answering messages and communicating why they needed it for so long. It looks like it was hacked apart with scissors. We prepaid and were told it would be dropped off to us since they had it way longer than expected. After making it clear I was not happy at all with the poor craftsmanship, we were told the only way Mac would fix it was if we paid a delivery fee (after he offered to drop it off), and if he could bill us for extra hours he put in after he only charged us for 3. Mac told us it came back in this condition because his mechanic felt rushed and his standards are referring to performance only. The first ride out, the belt housing exhaust fell completely off and he told me to just put it back on. Terrible customer service. Will not answer phone calls, cannot meet deadlines, and does not care about the quality that leaves his shop.Could never talk directly to the person who was working on the machine. Always someone who had to get info and get back to us. Snorkel is not sturdy and flops around your whole ride. We have learned our lesson and in the future will pay the extra money to have it done properly.

Had immediate issues with some demon axels and the employees were hiding behind manufacturer warranty and “procedures” and weren’t willing to help me at all. Not even a store credit was offered after wasting 1000$ on axels that were either defective or not the right ones for my machine.

Great place. Get done bunch of upgrades in this place. Good people good service. Good prices. Have some issue with secondary clutch after kit. Come back all was done by warranty and really fast. Today on the way back for Aluminium protection plates and speaker to be installed. Supper happy.

Always friendly and knowledgeable service. The pricing is also hard to beat. They have some of the best deals around. If you need wheels and tires I really recommend the team at L1FE Outdoors!! I've gotten multiple sets of wheels and tires from them along with some other goodies! You won't be disappointed if you deal with them.
