Y	Yin Zhen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speechless. My new credit card got denied on Mother’s Day so the Manager allowed me to take home the cake despite failure to payment. It was such an honour to receive such special treatment from the Lotus family! The strawberry cake itself was also super delicious :) It was fully loaded with strawberries inside/out and not overloaded with cream. The base is also very soft and chewy without being too spongy which I hate! Overall, best experience I’ve ever encountered at a retail store here in Vancouver and best cake in town.
J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matcha with cheese foam is so good and watermelon fruit drink is refreshing too. I liked the drinks so I ordered creambrulee cake and loved it! not too sweet and perfectly soft texture. I would recommend both drink menu and cake.

That being said, I'm not really sure why anyone would want to eat a cold crepe covered in icing let alone a stack of them. They do also have cheesecake which I have not tried. I think the boutique is worth a visit if you are curious. Putting gold leaf on a cold stack of pasty crepes is not going to bring me back.
S	Stephanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the strawberry roll cake. The decoration is very simple and elegant. The inside of the cake doesn't have too much cream and has lots of strawberry. The cake itself is very light and not too sweet. But I don't think the flavour justifies the price. The roll cake serves around 6-7 people depending on how you cut the cake. It wouldn't be somewhere I would recommend to other people but overall it's cute to bring to a family gathering and the packaging also looks impressive.

There were 3 staff and it wasn’t busy but no one welcomed the customers or said thank you. Their attitudes showed their unwillingness to work. Highly recommend the owner to give the staff training on their customer service & work ethics.

I got the rose lychee crepe and half way through, the cream felt it was frozen and wasn't soft and creamy. I bought 2 different flavored crepe cake home and they are nice and creamy. I guess is a hit and miss.
