★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very special family ring sized incorrectly, far to tight and misshaped. Returned to have issues corrected and issues were not solved. To small and misshaped! Extremely unhappy with the outcome and will have to see another jeweler to correct; costing more and very inconvenient! One star is more than I would recommend!

Rudy made me a custom made wedding band that matched the detailed curves in my engagement ring and I am over the moon!! It is perfect! Even better than the original and now with a wonderful story and made local! I will refer everyone here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my wedding ring in to have it checked, was told by both men in the store that it needed 2 claws fixed by laser and to be replated (white gold) was quoted $140! Picked it up and was told that 6 claws were fixed and that my bill was now $240. Never received a phonecall before the work was done to ask if it was ok to do just slapped with a bill that was not approved by me, when I asked why didn't I get a phone call this was not agreed on I got a shrug and a piss poor sorry, never going back and lessen learned will never recommend this place to anyone!
