Brutal service, very unprofessional. It was also over priced and nothing to choose from. Looking to buy a mother of the groom dress but her conversation on the phone was too important to greet us or even offer any assistance. Any recommendations of where I can find a nice dress with good customer service?

So rude and offensive.I called in the shop to make an appointment because I fell in love with lazaro. I will have to say it is the most rude conversation I ever received. I called in to ask if there is any appointments available on saturday, ( If there are non I could totally understand because saturdays do gets busy and I expected that) Then she puts me on hold. She picked up my line right after and greet me again, I guess she pressed the wrong line and got me again. So I asked again, is there appointments available on saturday. The lady did not answer my question but instead asked me What do i want. (Not in an I want to get to know you more tone but really rude tone). I said there is couple Lazaro dresses that I liked very much and I give her the model numbers. She checked and she told me she had neither the dresses. And then she paused, seems like she does not want to carry on the phone call. (I would still like to make an appointment because there are also some other models I liked and some Jim Hjelm dresses that I liked.) So I asked the third time, SO do you have appointments available on saturday. She answered me a cold "no", at that point I believe her, so I asked again about friday, even friday morning works for me since I guess there might not be so many people going in the morning. She took no time and give me a cold "Nope". Then I clearly get her message, she doesn't want me to come in. After I hanged up the phone I feel very upset and confused. What kind of a bridal store is it that refuses to service brides? I was willing to spend 8000 on my dress and willing to pay for rush order. But I didnt want to go in the store anymore even they have Jim Hjelm and lazaro. I can only image how much more rude they will be in person. I couldn't find much reviews about this store but I didn't care because they have lazaro. I suggest all the future brides who wants to try on lazaro dresses go Dina Alonzi. I tried on both the model I liked there and the shop, the services is just amazing.

The sales people were rude. They didn't want to help us or show us any dresses. Told us that they could not get the dress in time... 3 months they said, when I told them we have 4 they changed their answer to 4 months. They didn't want to sell us dresses. They are rude,obnoxious and have no business being in business. They will never see a dime out of my pocket and I have many dimes . I will make sure to tell all my family and friends to never go there.

The ladies at L & J are very kind and helpful. They carry dresses for all sizes and are willing to make alterations for you as well. I have never had a bad experience here. My mother, aunts, and grandmothers have also had dresses made, special order. No problems. Lovely family business.
