I brought this to their attention, and they told me they would get it done withing a couple of hours. I live nearby so this solution worked for me. They were able to have the outfits fit perfectly. The prices are definitely good here.

I needed some quick fixes to my dress, he even delivered it to my house. They tailor everything right there and even added additional material or took things off i didnt want on my outfit. ?
B	Ben Lall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE EVER!!!! The store owner is a rascal and a ruffian. He is a bully. He did not give my brother the correct clothes after giving measurements for 3 sherwanis we got all three that were 38 size. We trusted him and did not bother to check at the store. When we tried the clothes we discovered what had happened. The next day we returned and the owner was rude and said that once we had bought it he had no other obligations. We asked him to at least to do the alterations and he refused. and said once we had taken it out of the store then that's it. My brother is a very kind man and did not want to create a scene, I wish I was there. My nephews wife-to-be went to him on a similar issue and he told her 'even if you commit suicide I will not refund you the money'. I cannot believe that this is happening in Canada.

One of the dresses I was told would be a big alteration which required more time, so I paid extra for that (usually alteration is included). When I came to pick up, the dress was a horrible fit. The sides of the skirt were sticking out. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix that even though I was promised this could be done when I bought it. The workers kept saying it looks good and did not want to hear my concerns. Never ever coming back here. Very poor customer service. For the price I paid, I could have gone anywhere else and gotten a way better fit. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!

We visited his store 3 times over the last 2 months prior to covid to search for a bridal lehenga, which obviously takes time to find the perfect one. During the 3rd visit, he said "you are continuously visiting my store without buying anything" and turned us away. His customer service skills were extremely poor. It is your job as a business owner to help your clients during each visit, whether they make a purchase or not. Don't believe the reviews you see..

I was told that they would call me which never happened I had to call every time to get updates. When I called and was told the outfit was in it was nothing like what we ordered. Different color different pattern. We are now stuck the week of our engagement trying to find an outfit. The bright color is what we ordered, the very dull color is what came in.

Please do not take any bad reviews on this store lightly as the owner deletes them and bribes their customers for 5 star reviews in exchange for a “better discount”. I would give this store 0 stars if it was even possible. They promise you one thing in person and when it comes down to it you receive something completely different. They lack customer services skills and social etiquette. DO NOT shop here unless your aim is to be left with low quality party wear and disappointment.
