L'ayant acheté via en ligne, j'ai fait confiance au propriétaire et payé par carte de crédit. J'ai constaté le mauvais état du Charriot en le recevant, qui avait: de la rouille à plusieurs endroit, notamment sur la pin de sécurité qui l'attache au vélo, le tissu abîmé, le plastique endommagé et l'intérieur plein de feuilles mortes et de poussière. Très insulté de la réponse: "mais regardez les roues sont propres".
Soyez honnête avec vos clients sur l'état de ce que vous vendez, spécialement avec des produits qui mettent en jeu la sécurité des enfants. Je suis très déçu de mon achat, malgré les conversation initiales très cordiales.
I bought a Children's Cart that the owner sold me saying it was "new, never used". Having bought it via online, I trusted the owner and paid by credit card. I noticed the bad condition of the Charriot when I received it, which had: rust in several places, especially on the safety pin which attaches it to the bike, the damaged fabric, the damaged plastic and the interior full of leaves dead and dust. Very insulted at the answer: "but watch the wheels are clean".
Be honest with your customers about the state of what you sell, especially with products that involve child safety. I am very disappointed with my purchase, despite the very cordial initial conversations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils m'ont sauver en réparant mon vélo immédiatement à mon arrivée (j'étais mal pris en partant de Montréal par la rive sud jusqu'à Trois-Rivières) et ils m'ont fait un bon prix quand même et une bonne job! Très sympathique le propriétaire! Je recommande pour réparer vos vélos ou acheter un vélo usagé!
They saved me by repairing my bike immediately upon my arrival (I was in a bad way from Montreal on the south shore to Trois-Rivières) and they still gave me a good price and a good job! Very friendly the owner! I recommend to repair your bikes or buy a used bike!
