He recently helped us purchase a house and then helped us rent it out. Kyle made the process stress free and pleasant. He has always been so easy to talk to and Down to earth. Kyle went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever did for us. We are currently using Kyle again to look for another property , and we couldn't be happier. THANK YOU KYLE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK !!!!!!

He helped us get into a rental while we waited for our house to become available. He was so kind and checked in with us periodically to see how we made out. He was so excited for us when we finally got into our new home he even came out and gave his opinion on our new property and spent several hours telling us its worth. This was with no benefit for him we had already purchased the home through another party. Needless to say i searched him up 6 months later and recently he has worked to move my aunt and mother to brantford one from oakville the other from stoney creek he found them condos 3 doors apart, which was no picnic as they are defiantly not the easiest clients.
