He put together offers for us on five homes, and met us for house viewings well over a dozen times in both Brantford and Cambridge. He always made himself available for us, and worked around our crazy schedules. He was helpful and knowledgeable and always gave us honest opinions. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal due to the high demand and out-of-control housing market, but even when we arranged a private deal, Kahlil was willing to come and provide an opinion of value for the house, even knowing there was no commission in the books for him. Kahlil's service is unmatched, and he'll be my first call when we're ready to sell and looking for our next home.
