Despite entering a frightfully competitive seller's market with no knowledge, Chris gave us solid advice, instilled hope all along the way, and generated a lot of confidence in his ability to get the job done. He not only helped us sell our home - but helped us find our dream home within a nightmarish time-frame of a week for under the asking price! He is incredibly punctual (even with his rigorous schedule), was prepared with masks and gloves for us to use throughout the pandemic, and would relay any and all information about listings and status with immediacy. Having worked with several real estate agents in the past, Chris is the only one I would definitely hire again and is undoubtedly at the top of our recommendations list. He is phenomenal.
