★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great. We tried a few pieces à la carte and were disappointed by most. The rice wasn't cooked properly and the fish was dry. We also had the kamikaze roll which wasn't great. The tempura veggies were fine. The decor is cute and they have sake though, so there's that.

Terrasse this summer (2019). We came as a couple and since the terrasse was preferred by most of the crowd this day; we were able to sit comfortably at a bigger table.
We like to sit side by side and we enjoy each other's company like this and are able to be closer and more intimate. There were no complaints about this by the service staff.
I admit the first dish had its sauce spilled but, hey I'm gona dunk it anyways. The rest was well executed.
If you have read this far, I have a tip or two:
Tipn# 1: Be careful of the miso fish, it has bones and I wasn't ready for that.
Tip # 2: how the eat the miso fish, think of it like it has 4 quarters of meat. The fish is cut like as if they started cutting at the head and kept going cutting slices in the same direction. So you can pull the fish from the bones in the middle (I'd recommend using your hands and chop sticks, don't be shy, it is worth it).
Be careful when you pull it apart it is tender and be carful when you chew, it is so tender that it is recommended to search for bones with your tongue and not to chew, or not chew too much, get a better taste this way too and avoid inconveniences with bones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, the decor is really nice. The problem is the service the waiter was not really attentive. They serve tepid water no ice. We ordered food that never came until we asked and told us to order again which we did and it didnt come again. We did get our dish after 2 tries. The service needs to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge variety and great quality in sushi, meats, sea food, noodles, rice and veggies. Lunch pricing is really great. Wait time was not too bad, but some of our orders were forgotten with no explanation and they ran out of deserts. Would have preferred to be seated on their empty second floor to enjoy the view, but they were understaffed that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could say this is one of the best place to eat all you can eat sushis in Montreal. They even have free drinks, which is cool. The place is warm, cozy and have good music. It can get a little bit busy in the evening tho. I come here most of the time I want sushi and never been dissapointed! Service is okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambiance but don't expect superb Japanese food. The washrooms are on the second floor with steep stairs...somewhat inconvenient and dangerous. But there are lots of huge tables for big groups up there.
Waiters and waitresses need more training for courteousness and friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Food is good, location is convenient but service was quite bad. It took 40 minutes to get food after ordering it, twice. Expect to wait a long time.
We arrived at 1:46 and by the time 2:30 arrived we still didn't get our food. When we got our food, it was much less than we ordered. Water wasn't refilled until we asked - just poor service unfortunately.
Their last call is 2:20, so we ordered again to get the rolls we originally ordered but didn't get. We didn't get food for another 40 minutes.
Still waiting for our order, check the time of the photos included to see how long food took...
