โ โ โ โ โ I got the Magic Cube Milk Tea and it tasted okay. Not bad, not amazing. The tea flavour is average.
The place looks very nice.
However, the service wasn't great. I went to pick up the drink and the cashier wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. Definitely better service at other bubble tea stores.
The drinks are not that cheap compared to other places and the service is worse, so I recommend going elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ I can see why this place is so empty. Very rude staff and horrible service. You can barely understand them because their accent. The drinks are below average and 1 minute away is a Real Fruit which serves 100x better drinks. I would avoid this spot at all cost

โ โ โ โ โ Usually go around Friday like 8-9pm (sometimes on the weekend late). Love this place, pretty much always get the Strawberry Yogurt Slush. Fast, Polite, and the place is spacious and clean. 10/10

โ โ โ โ โ New kungfu tea location at Chartwell mall. I like their bubble tea a lot. 38 milk king is good and the fruity teas are good too. Iโve also had a bunch of their milk green teas and theyโre all fragrant with a strong tea taste, which I like a lot. Canโt wait for the pandemic to be over so I can sit in for bubble tea here. I looks nice. Thereโs also a dessert place in the same location so you can have dessert and bubble tea together.

โ โ โ โ โ I wondered why there was no one in this store. Then i spoke to the staff and found the reason. Really rude staff. No straws given for the drink. When we were about to take straws that guy and the lady shouted 'no you should not take straws'. If they don't want us to take then they should have given by themselves. When we visit real fruit just next to it, either they provide straws or we'll take by ourselves. Tea tastes below average. Real fruit is always the go to place.

โ โ โ โ โ Got the regular milk tea with grass jelly. Their tea isn't that strong but the grass jelly had a nice earthy flavour. The service is ok, I asked the staff what the strongest milk tea drink was and he didn't seem to know. Better product knowledge would be helpful. The location is otherwise very pretty and clean.

โ โ โ โ โ It's my first time visiting this location and I must say that I'm taken aback by how pleasantly designed it is (sharing the space with a Honeymoon Dessert)!
It was quite busy because of a bogo promo, but the drinks we ordered were delicious. We ordered a yakult green tea with aloe vera and agar bubbles, as well as a rose milk tea with brown sugar pearls. Both were ordered with 0% sugar and the drinks still had great depth of flavour. The toppings were also fresh and had great textures too.
Glad to have a Kung Fu Tea in this area - I believe it to be a great option for higher quality bubble tea and would recommend it to those who haven't yet given it a try!
