The smoked turkey sandwich was fantastic, I ordered it twice. The best part about the food is it is made in house, bread is local. the price for what you get is reasonable. I suggest stay a night in the hotel, enjoy the hot water and take full advantage of the restaurant. GREAT JOB guys keep it up. This is by far one of my top picks for a restaurant. Forgot to mention the view from the restaurant is unbeatable. The only suggestion I could make is if there is anyway they can put in a roof top patio so you can eat outside when the weather cooperates. Update July 2021 - They added a new outdoor patio with fantastic views. Even if your not staying in the hotel or taking a dip in the hot spring I suggest you book a reservation. The food is excellent, staff are great and you can't beat the views. Its an annual tradition for us, the new owners have made some incredible up[dates if you haven't been here in a long time come back you will be impressed.

Our server was Tilak and he was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back

Wow! Everything we ordered - from the eggs benedict with trout, oat bowl, mushroom croustade, arugula beet salad, daily pasta feature, Reuben sandwich and more.. was fabulously delicious! Service was fast and friendly too!

Now the reason for my updated new review would have to be due to us ordering a dish here that was absolutely outstanding. Last night we decided to try the salt spring mussels appetizer. Incredible!!! Considering we are an eight hour drive from the ocean, I really didn't expect to have a dish like this so far inland, the seasoning of shallots and garlic with the side of Bannock was truly the highlight of the meal. My group and I also ordered the Reubens and one house made beef burger, the Reuben definitely outshine the burger however the burger was still quite tasty. We will for sure be making the mussels part of our yearly stop to the springs!

Absolutely amazing service and a wonderful surprise for my birthday from our lovely waitress. The fish was perfect and the indigenous vodka was delicious! ? Would recommend.

The food is fresh, delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, and the staff is outstanding! We highly recommend eating here whether you’re staying at the resort or not. The view from the restaurant is also wonderful. We will return!
