★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have severe arthritis under my right knee cap. Several months ago Kym prescribed an exercise regimen for me. At the time she prescribed the exercises my mobility was severely limited and the pain was debilitating . Since then I have done the exercises, almost daily and my mobility has improved to my almost normal pre arthritis days with no pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, I was treated by Kym after a running injury and she was professional and showed me exercises to strengthen my ankle, and created a running plan for me to slowly work back up to long distances again which was helpful. Thank you Kym?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kym is an immensely knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist, who is driven to pursue continuing education and stays on top of the latest research. I have always had the highest level of trust in any treatment she has recommended for various injuries, aches and pains. I most recently suffered a repeat ankle sprain, and the brace Kym recommended for me made a noticeable difference in my swelling, proprioception, and stability. I’m looking forward to visiting her at her new clinic!

Kym has been able to help diagnose the issue, provide treatment and a rehab plan that has allowed me to stay active as an amateur boxer. Very grateful for her care and ability to keep me training.
