J	Jyoti Khona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE - APR 2022 - As response to this negative review, Jordan Pal: - Sent a Cease & Desist letter - Initiated a $90,000 defamation lawsuit - Discontinued his lawsuit after we refused to be silenced and defended ourselves When awarding us costs against Jordan for his discontinued lawsuit, the court noted with respect to RECO that Jordan: “was cautioned by RECO for his representation” of us "and was reminded of his duty to treat" us "'fairly, honestly and with integrity' and was directed to take a remedial course with respect to his ethical obligations". =========== I had a horrible experience with one of Aaron's agents (Jordan Pal - search for "Pal&Co real estate" for that review). I contacted Aaron multiple times to discuss and help resolve the situation (by email and telephone). He simply ignored me. Stay away - NOT an agent or brokerage owner who would go above and beyond to help you, let alone provide the basic courtesy of a response.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Moreover, he is honest, patient and easy to work with. We needed help renting out our condo downtown and he was of great help. He staged our apartment beautifully and hired an excellent photographer. His suggestion to do a 3D tour was a perfect remedy to restrictions in the height of the pandemic.
