★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Krista's Baits N' Bites with my son and was greeted by "Dennis". He could not have been nicer. We had forgotten my son's new fishing rod at home and Dennis lent us one of his. As my son had only been fishing 2x before, Dennis spent time teaching my son how to tie on the hook and went over the basics of the rod with him. Fantastic place with great, friendly service that went above and way beyond what was expected. Thanks again Dennis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis and his wife run a fantastic operation. I brought a bunch of guys up to his operation in January 2015 and he took care of everyone of us from start to finish. He provided all the fishing equipment, minnows and some supplies from his store in the price $45 dollars per guy. ( cheap for what he provides) He brought us out a home made stew for lunch along with a souvenir fish bonker for the guy who caught the most fish, for an additional $10 dollars per guy. Unbelievable service that he provides. So much so that we booked again next year and were not all fishermen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went out on Family day weekend, Dennis provided some excellent tips on fishing, it was a great experience we caught some lake trout. The rental was an excellent value, the ice hut was warm and comfortable, bait was provided as well. I would certainly book again!
