★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this amazing shop yesterday and Bob made us smile and feel so welcomed. His staff are also so kind and they will do their best to help you find what you’re looking for. This shop has a wonderful and organized display of records, comic books and other fun items. I loved that he treats his staff like his own family - he periodically got customers and his staff to sing and celebrate the birthday of one of his staff members, which is so touching! I’ve seen a few negative reviews on here, but please be caring and understand that he is doing his best to protect his business. If you’re into collecting vintage records and other great items, you need to visit this wonderful shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only went into this store twice and had not such a pleasant visit. The staff were very rude and did not greet me nor even ask me if I needed any help. Most of the stuff I saw they told me was not for sale!? I wanted to sell them a game that was in excellent condition but they refused to buy it!? They should not say they will buy anything from you then. I have not gone back and refuse to step foot in that store ever again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my god, what a joke this place is. There's some goofy sign up front about "check in with the host." Nobody in the store acknowledged or made eye contact until I asked if I may enter. Dude made some weird comment about the host was too busy to check in. I tried to peace out then dude was like "oh, you haven't been here before" and came up to the door to... Block my path in? "If you're grumpy there is a ten dollar charge." Dude, I just want to browse your tapes. What a joke ????. No idea what their deal is. Absolute wallopers. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to Langley. Got off work early the other day, and finally decided to check out Krazy Bob's after driving past it so many times.
Thought I'd peruse a few sections, and be out in 20 minutes, tops. Bob made it pretty clear right off the bat, that isn't how it works here. He runs his shop like he's the MC, and you're a member of his audience.
It really is an experience. I could have easily spent my entire day (and paycheck) here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have been great to get some records, but the sideshow was too much. It was cold outside and we had to wait while the comedy act played on....and on...and on.. to the point where "the host" forgot we were there because he was entertaining the people trying to pay and leave. Must be something in the water cuz the hobby shop a few doors down is equally crazy and difficult to shop at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a bit of fun and joy in your day, stop by Krazy Bob's. If you are a negative person, in a hurry, can't take a joke, or don't enjoy a bit of humor, then please stay home. This is a place to spend some time, break into a smile, and enjoy some music. Yes, you have to wait to enter and sometimes to leave, but 5 minutes is a cheap price to pay for some joy and some wonderful company.
Went in today and Bob was delightful as always. We learned the "strut walk" and came away with some amazing records.
The young fellow in the jazz section made some fantastic recommendations...Gerry Mulligan and Antonio Carlos Jobin are both spot on and will get a lot of play. Thank you!
