Great food and fab service every time we go, whether it’s for dine in (when open) or take out! The owners are so friendly and you truly feel cared for when you are visiting them. This is a wonderful spot for some great pastas in the downtown Langley area, ideal for a family night out or date night! The food is delicious and it travels quite well too! I love the Pesto Cream Linguine, Build Your Own Pasta and their Cheese Melted Chorizo. But honestly, everything we have tried has been yummy. ☺️

Very small location, so call ahead and reserve a table if you're planning to dine in (they only have 3 tables). Well worth it though! The service was great, very friendly and helpful with menu choices, and the food was amazing! Pregnant mom with a craving for pasta and it was well satisfied with their bolognese ravioli ?? Definitely recommend giving them a try & will certainly be returning!

I order pasta from here all the time with Skip. It's amazing every time, I would highly recommend the Fettuccine Diablo, it's delicious ?

Great prices & decent portions, always tasty and love how it is so conveniently located on the one-way portion of Fraser Highway. Dine in, but take out is most popular with this restaurant. Love their pastas (make your own available too) and the desserts are so good (Strawberry Shortcake & their German Chocolate Cake are our favs). Excellent service, the staff is super friendly & if you get take out you'll always find a smiley face on your containers.

We took a take away, the little service we experienced was 5/5. Food was damn good, and definitely value for money. If you are in a mood to have good pasta, definitely go here. My pasta was nice creamy and quantity for the price was great. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I ordered 2 pastas online from this place and both did not taste like anything. There was barely any cheese on it (didn’t look like any of the pictures from other reviews). I had to add some of my own salt and pepper and other seasonings to make it eatable and taste less bland. I am really disappointed honestly, they have great reviews but my experience was the opposite!

We ordered from Olivo Pasta through SkipTheDishes tonight and we were extremely disappointed with the quality of food. We ordered the spinach dip and two Build Your Own pasta dishes. My husband had fettuccine with double meat sauce and he added mushrooms, garlic and parmesan cheese. I had gluten-free penne with rose sauce, chorizo, all the offered vegetables and parmesan cheese. The spinach dip was a tasteless, stringy disaster. The tortillas chips were tasty enough but they definitely came out of a chip bag. My husband described his pasta dish as tasting like pasta that came out of a can. The sauce was unlikely made in the restaurant and more likely it came out of a can or jar. After tasting our pasta dishes we both tried to make them edible by adding our own fresh parmesan cheese and some ground pepper. My husband was only able to eat a few bits before asking me to toss it down the garbage disposal. My gluten-free pasta was already partially broken up when I opened the container. With so many gluten-free pasta brands available now there is no excuse to use a cheap product that is grainy and mushy. The most surprising aspect of my first taste of my pasta was to discover that it didn’t contain chorizo sausage but instead had what I think might have been farmer’s sausage (photos attached). The rose sauce was bland and the overall dish tasted bitter, greasy and had a distinct smoky flavour which I assume was from the sausage. I had expected a spicy, fresh and vibrant pasta dish. It was awful! My stomach is still rumbling and I have heartburn. With a grimace, I stuffed down half of my pasta before I joined my husband’s meal in the garbage disposal. We called the restaurant to provide feedback on our disappointing meal and we started by commenting that my meal didn’t have chorizo in it and we thought it tasted like farmer’s sausage. The restaurant employee said that it was just a milder chorizo than we might be use to because they find that people don’t like spicy food. She seemed disinterested and I got the feeling that she was quite accustomed to people complaining about their food. When we tried to continue with our feedback she stopped us and said again in a tone of, she couldn’t care less, ‘I guess you didn’t like it.’ I said that I planned on leaving a review and she said ‘go ahead’. I have read some of the past reviews as well as the responses from the restaurant management and it sounded like the restaurant cared what customers thought of their food. I really don’t think they do, so please find another restaurant to go to, or order from. I generally only take the time to review exceptional good or poor restaurants. This one stands out as exceptionally poor. I could never recommend this restaurant.

So, my wife and I decided to give this place a shot. We’ve heard mixed reviews, but we certainly enjoy our pasta. We approached the door and the first thing we see is a notice saying that masks are mandatory again, with the words “sigh :(“ at the bottom. That was a bit off-putting, but ok. To each their own. Business owners have been through a lot. We proceeded inside and got a table. The decor was nice, as this is a very quaint little space. Now, let’s get to it: WHAT WE ORDERED: Two chicken alfredos with an order of cheese bread. THE GOOD: The service was great. Super friendly staff. The space is nice. Our cheese bread was nice. THE BAD: The pasta bland. Very bland. Both my wife and I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it had no flavour. The Alfredo sauce tasted like it was missing the Parmesan cheese. It was super thick (like, pasta sauce from a jar thick). My pasta was cold around the edges and the mozzarella cheese was just naturally melted in spots. This indicates to me that my dish was completed and plated before my wife’s, so it just sat there on a counter while my wife’s plate was built from scratch instead of doing both at the same time. I had to put a ton of salt and pepper on it. After we left, we both had funny tastes in our mouths. Like, a residual “oily” feeling in the back of our throats. I would not recommend this place for pasta. Maybe try one of the specials? But with pasta polo a 5 min drive away, I would pass. This is a shame because the space is nice, and the staff are super friendly.
