You've got a problem they'll take care of you right away. Very knowledgeable and go the extra mile for all of your needs. Very reasonable for your shopping needs as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i took a nice picture of the job you did on my bike and it's going on line,the whole world will know about it i will also make a printed copy which i will hang on every street post and every bulletin board in this town i will tell and show this picture to every cyclist i bump into this summer i will hang a picture up at Silver star,and whoever ask me where is a good bike shop?,i will gladly tell them where to go and where not to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased the Cafe’ Racer a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. It’s a blast to ride, comfortable and classy. We live on Vancouver Island and bought it through Chris over the phone. He made the process simply and easy. The bike arrived in two days and the setup was a breeze. Chris and Krafty Bikes and the Cafe’ Racer are highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super customer service. Purchased 2 krafty Bikes. Had them shipped to us in Digby Novascotia. The bikes are excellent, great climbing hill around here. Also have a bike trailer to hall our dog Elvis behind. Bike has no problem pulling it Love this bike and the dealers are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Krafty Bikes. The service and attention from Chris was beyond excellen. We are from Ontario and we purchased 2 Cafe eBike Racers. The Bikes are as advertised, turn heads and are a great ride. My wife and I have had some awesome adventures on the Bikes and Chris was there for me to answer any and all of my questions about the ebike and there were lots. Thanks Chris! We received he Bikes in the middle of August and habe now stored them in mid-November. I put 1500 miles on my bike and no problems. P.S my wife didn't want a ring so I bought her the ebike and she is having a blast LOL. I would not hesitate to purchase another bike from Chris at Krafty Bikes. I have given a rating of 5 stars but I would rate Chris as 10 stars. If you are looking for an ebike look no further than Chris and Krafty Bikes. Thank you Chris! From Bill and Barb in Ontario.
