L	Laurissa McKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent. First they confirm my delivery with 24 hours notice so I took the day off work so i could receive my deliver. Then the day they were to deliver... they LOST my shipment and it took them over a week to find it and call me back. Then they rescheduled me, asked if they could deliver on a Friday, and I said I had to be the Saturday because I already took one day off, I wasn't going to lose a second day. They told me they would deliver Saturday. They call me Friday to tell me they are 10 minutes away.... which I wasn't home! So I asked the driver to make sure it is delivered tomorrow (Saturday) and he told me "not a problem". Saturday rolls around, the day is late so I call and they say "you weren't home yesterday so well have to schedule for next week." The ladies working their dispatch are completely incompetent, can't follow the most basic of instructions and neither can their delivery drivers. I am still without my package and it was to arrive two weeks ago.... DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED RELIABILITY.
T	Tracey O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. I ordered a dishwasher from home depot, and KORE logistics calls to set up a delivery window. The truck shows up at my house, then proceeds to just drive away. So I called KORE, and spoke to someone who asked me why the delivery driver drove away, like How would know that! , they tried to call the driver who wasn’t answering the phone, and said they would call me back. Over 2 hours later I called them back, and they said my dishwasher was undeliverable. I then spoke to another woman at KORE and she told me they didn’t have my dishwasher, and once they had eyes on it, they would schedule delivery. So this company scheduled a delivery without even having the item. I called home depot, who then called Canada Cartage, and my dishwasher isn’t even in the city yet. I have no idea how this company operates, but they don’t check inventory before they schedule delivery’s. Which is insane, I have no words for this kind of incompetence. They won’t be in business for long.
T	Tracey Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor service for my Wayfair delivery. They have had my item for delivery since Monday. It is now Thursday and the delivery was scheduled for today, but apparently their truck broke down and they wanted to rescheduled for next Wednesday (9 days after receiving the item in their warehouse and 6 days after the promised delivery date). Unbelievable! Don't even try to call them -- endless time on hold. When someone finally does answer they advise its not their job/fault/responsibility, but also refuse to put you through to someone with authority. Their phone system is designed to frustrate customers, not serve them. All of their corporate partners should reconsider their relationship with this unprofessional company.
b	brent leitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Home Depot uses Kore Logistics to supply their appliance to their customers and I have never received any item on time. Last year I ordered a stove, which was late, then damaged, then I had to wait again for a new one to be delivered. The entire process took almost 3 months. Now, I've ordered a microwave and Kore Logistics was supposed to deliver it a month ago and continues to make up reasons for their inability to deliver. I now take ownership for continuing my business with Home Depot, but pray you never order something that needs to be delivered by this company. You simply will not receive it on time, or without damage.
E	Emmy Lawsum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service via phone is terrible. Coordinating delivery day is very difficult and they were not super accommodating. Delivery date always takes long expect to wait a month or more. I ordered 3 items and only 2 delivered because one was damaged, it happens, but due to what I’ve experienced with this company so far I don’t have confidence in their competence and worry about receiving my replacement fridge as they don’t seem to communicate well at all. That being said the delivery drivers were extremely friendly and did what was expected. They hauled the old items as well like we had paid for.

I specifically asked if both my appliances could be delivered together and then they showed up with just the one and then had me back and fourth with Home Depot to locate the second appliance. (This back and fourth took over a week) Then the second appliance was finally located and we scheduled delivery and the delivery was later than the delivery window. This is completely unacceptable, the roads are clear and conditions are fine so there is really no excuse for being late when you give a 4 hour delivery window. Also they close their office at 5pm so you can’t reach anyone regarding you delivery when it’s later than 5pm. Delivery was finally delivered at 540pm
A	Adnan Huseinovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot, and Kore Logistics is the company that is supposed to fulfill that order for delivery. They scheduled and cancelled three delivery attempts over a month so far. The Calgary office schedules deliveries without knowing if the Edmonton warehouse has the item. Each cancellation was because they could not find the item in the warehouse. Now it's fairly certain that the item is 'lost'. I'm mostly posting this because I believe that they need to be honest with customers and tell them that their item is not ready. Don't book delivery dates at random. Update - Dishwasher finally delivered after I made repeated calls with Home Depot. Over a month to get it.
M	Maria Loconte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Home Depot uses Kore Logistics to deliver their appliances. The delivery drivers were rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to disconnect washer. Left with the new appliances. Then when we rescheduled to have washer and dryer delivered a second time I requested that I did not want those same drivers. Waited all day for delivery then they came and were the same original rude drivers. They arrived and left right away when they realized that they shouldn’t be at my house. Got a phone call telling me I had to reschedule delivery a third time because they sent same drivers. I decided to cancel my Home Depot order and go shop elsewhere.
