★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful when using this company via Amazon! My package was to show up Feb 24th one week later still no show. The issue is there does not seem to be anyway to contact them there are Phone numbers but have not had anyone pick up. They have a tracking site that told me they picked up the package and would deliver Feb 24th!! Very little info to find my package and no one to talk to. Send E-mail and reply was someone would get back to me but nothing yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a zero . When deliberately keeps all Amazon's orders just to upset amazon. I finally spoke with a lady , says the amazon packages are in a trailer and they are refusing to deliver any of them until they feel like they are able to ... so they decided to keep my packages that have been expected since December 14th ,,,,why because amazon already reimbursed me ... that's called stealing . I might file a civil claim.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given 1 Day which changed. That's fine. Did not turn up on due date although tracking stated they would be here by 8pm. Checked tracking next day and a note had been applied stating if I hadn't received items in 2 days to look for a refund! Phoned company several times each time automated message stating biz is not accepting phone calls. Drove to office with both tracking numbers. To be fair they were good but I could over hear a customer on the phone complaining of same issue. Items had been sent out on 2 different trucks. Left a message on front door as I couldn't stay and wait all day again for them to put around the side and unlocked the gate. They did but didn't close the gate. So one of the dogs got out had to go find him. Don't use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same story as others, ordered exercise equipment from Amazon. It's been at the Calgary location for almost 2 months with no notifications or effort to send it to us. I'm not sure what's going on with this company- horribly run or potentially more malicious, but I do know I am no longer ordering large packages through Amazon so I can avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could say my experience was different than all of the other 1 star reviews, unfortunately it was the same. Lost package (how does a squat rack go missing?), no shipping updates or any communication. If you ordered from Amazon, just request a refund or cancel your order, you won't see your package. I gave a warning to the customer service rep at Amazon about this shipping company so they are aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. Shipment is now 3 weeks late. Tracking shows my mattress hasn’t moved from the Calgary warehouse since they picked it up 4 weeks ago. Zero communication. They do not answer phones are return emails. Incredibly frustrating to say the least. Amazon is sending me a new one with a different carrier. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered an oversized item from Amazon. When Ceva showed up as the carrier I did a search as I had never heard of them before. I immediately saw all the negative reviews and was stressed out for two weeks wondering if I would in fact receive my package (delivered in Calgary). I am very happy that not only did I receive it, but I received it two days earlier than the delivery date that Amazon gave me. Ceva called me the day before delivery to book the delivery time. The guy I spoke to was polite and professional. Day of delivery I got a call from the driver letting me know he'd be there in 15 min - which he was. The guys brought it into the house and were friendly and professional. I am more happy with the delivery service from Ceva than any other delivery I have ever had from Amazon! My only small complaint would be that they tracking updates on Amazon are not current. In fact right now (after delivery) the package is still showing as leaving Toronto airport 5 days ago with no further updates. Not sure if that is an issue with Amazon or Ceva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke of a Logistics Company. I’ve been in Logistics for 44 years. We would have been out of business years ago if we operated like this clown show. No one answers the phone. No replies through there email tracing portal. Bought a hot tub from Costco Online. It shipped from San Diego to Edmonton 5 weeks ago. Have not seen it yet. Went through Costco Resolution Centre 3 times for an update.All they did was give me the contact phone number for Ceva that is no longer in service off of the tracing link. Costco I would expect better from you. I read a lot of similar reviews about Ceva Logistics. I didn’t think Zero Service was actually possible. If you buy something large from Costco and it’s shipping with Ceva. Good luck!!
