We contacted Bill at Koolers and he stopped by the home where we were parked within 15 minutes on his way to another call. He checked out the unit and accurately diagnosed the problem. He was friendly and professional and his diagnosis of the problem was confirmed at a local RV business which he recommended. What a blessing Bill and Koolers was to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
