If we could put 0 it would be perfect! Employing them talks to each other and does not deal with customers. Never say the real things. The worst company. I strongly advise against it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis tellement déçu de me faire vendre un téléphone et me dire d'aller au kiosque pour le service et rendu là me faire dire qu ìl ne touche pas au téléphone. Et si c'était moi qui le tenait il y aurait des frais de $10.00. Ça fait deux mois je me promène avec deux téléphones. J'aimerais bien avoir de l'aide pour transférer mes données.
I am so disappointed to be sold a phone and told to go to the kiosk for service and returned there to make me say that it does not touch the phone. And if it was me who held it there would be a fee of $ 10.00. I have been walking around for two months with two phones. I would love to have help transferring my data.

Je teste le service en ligne et si ça fonctionne pas j'annule mes 3 abonnements.
The serving youth has no interest in giving service. They are more interested in talking to each other.
I test the service online and if it doesn't work I cancel my 3 subscriptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service de cacahuète au téléphone, le vendeur qui m'a répondu était arrogant et condescendant j'ai eu l'impression qu'on se fouttait carrément de ma gueule alors que je suis cliente avec eux depuis toujours. J'ai toujours été bien servi avec Koodo mais certainement que je ne n'irai pas à cette succursale.
Peanut service on the phone, the seller who answered me was arrogant and condescending I had the impression that I was being screwed up on me when I have always been a customer with them. I have always been well served with Koodo but definitely will not go to this branch.

The girl at the booth seemed like she didn't want to be there. She didn't want to make the effort to describe the phone models.
