★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My work bought only Konica Minolta photocopiers and they are a nightmare: They constantly jam, our key cards never work, printing a document takes forever to spool, and you can't release a print job so that its done by the time you get to the machine. I would never suggest them to anyone. Go with Xerox!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service when trying to reach them through the phone. Multiple times i have sat on hold for 20+ mins trying to order supplies for my work's photocopiers. On multiple occasions i have left messages for repair services and receive no answer or call back to address the issues. would like to see major improvement on these two specific problems.
