★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been really unhappy with our service from KONE. We have had two "services" in the last couple of years that we have been billed for, but no entry in our log book to prove that they were actually done. KONE is still insisting on billing us for them which is very frustrating. I'd highly recommend going to another company if at all possible
