One of the best chocolates ever tried. It's more than chocolate, it's a experience to be with the workers, with Paul and learning and discovering a universe of different flavors of chocolates. Natural, the only completely made in Vancouver with no chemicals and great taste! It's a highly recommended exotic experience. I just discover the police in the Chocolate Festival in Vancouver. They give is some for free!!!! Really a great choice if you want to learn about ?

It was my first time here and my husband has been here before. I ordered a regular authentic hot chocolate and my husband ordered a Turkish latte this tome. There were at least a few orders in front of us. We waited quite a long time for our beverages. While we were waiting for the beverages, we walked around the shop. The shop sells a lot of custom made chocolates. Their chocolates and hot chocolate are famous. That’s why we came here. The regular authentic hot chocolates had some spices in it. It was not just chocolate and milk. I was okay with the flavour, but if I would have a choice, I would prefer the French hot chocolate like the one from Thomas Haas. The Turkish latte tasted strange to us. Again we were used to the American or French flavours. The barista put time and effort to make each cup of beverages. We really appreciate it, but they sell more Turkish style of beverages that not everyone would enjoy the spices. Overall, I would still rate it high as the pricing, customer service, food and quality were good but I may not be their target market.

This artisan chocolateria is just simply awesome. They literally make magic out of chocolate. They have 2 tiny tables where you can enjoy your coffee/hot chocolate/tea as well. The complexity of the flavors is incredible. I didn't taste any weird artificial flavors, and lavender-chamomile chocolate was my favorite. Good luck guys to expand and find a bigger place, because you are way better than Lindt and Purdy altogether.

Love this place! This chocolatier offers a wide variety of hot chocolates (both dark and white!), including a chocolate flight! I love the fun flavours their chocolate pieces has. This branch has very limited seating so if you’re looking for a place to sit, the West Broadway branch might be a better choice (although I’m not sure if there are any Covid restrictions in terms of seating).

Amazing chocolatier space. You can get treats, chocolates, and chocolate drinks. A little bit pricey for the average person but if you can definitely go and experience it once. It has a beautiful ambience. They have vegan chocolate and their chocolate drinks can be made vegan. The treats are unfortunately not vegan since they're mostly pastries. Overall, a good experience.

The truffles and hot chocolate are fairly good although not quite the prices. The reason for two stars is the bizarrely unfriendly, bordering on hostile, demeanour of the lady behind the counter. Not sure where it comes from, but despite every effort from us to be cordial and polite, it just seems she’s annoyed or offended by the presence of customers. Kind of ruins the experience of going for chocolate treats... Update: Credit where credit is due, Paul the owner has responded to this review which is a good sign. I’ll definitely give the place another try in the future. But just as a note, our visits are almost always when the shop is empty, so getting too busy is not an excuse. Anyway, hopefully there’s some improvement :)

Best chocolate I've ever tasted. The owner is the most knowledgeable chocolatier I've ever encountered. He is a god of the chocolate! If you want the healthiest yummiest chocolate I highly recommend. I can't do it justice without you tasting it. Go see for yourself

Overall a great gift to give considering that it looks very nice and is a healthy option for chocolate. A bit expensive. Taste wise, it’s not as smooth as the ones that I purchase in the regular corner store but acceptable, and there’s some very wild flavors to try if you are the adventure type.
