Was told the manager wasn't there, even though I could hear the host talking to him. They told me that it was "ok". Take a pass on this place. Very rude, there is better sushi and definitely better service in New westminster

They had all my favourite rolls in the combo which is a rare find! The rolls were huge and I also got the spicy agadashi tofu which came with a lot of tofu. My boyfriend got the chicken karage which also came with a lot! The service was also very good and our server was super nice!

It's always delicious, the food is priced well, and the portion sizes are surprisingly large. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions, I've never eaten inside so I can't speak to the ambience or staff, but the food will never disappoint.

While ordering over the phone, I was hung up on several times on many different occasions. I gave them so many chances. And when I went there to grab pick up, I had to wait about 30M for chicken don. When I was inside the lady at the front desk was screaming at the chefs. I was ignored a few times and I had to repeat what order I'd made. I had to cancel my order and walk out this time. It's a real shame because I would have liked them to be my regular sushi place for so many reasons like the dining area and their convenient location.

These people have no clue what is SOBA and likely have been falsely advertising their SOBA but selling egg noodles instead. When I called the restaurant, they told me to deal with Uber. And they had the audacity to teach me what Soba is, and that they’d been selling this ever since they started their business??? Their idea of a soba is thinner EGG NOODLES! They clearly do not know that Soba is made of buckwheat, hence gluten free, which is why I ordered Soba due to an allergy. So so disappointed. Had to put a star on cos if I didn’t, it wouldn’t let me post. If I could, ZERO STARS.

They brought out my husbands dish and didn’t bring another dish for 15 mins when there was 5 of us at the table. We had to wave someone down to order. The food was great just the costumer service is terrible. The place is supper run down inside and the menus look like they will fall apart. Had to wait someone down again to get the check after waiting 15 mins for them to bring it over. They we’re way more interested in doing online orders then anything.
