★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent the weekend was very impressed with the service and the Campground, parked my trailer right along the lake was very peaceful and Joy and her staff were super friendly and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was pleasant. My grandkids definitely loved the cows that were on the road coming up. just a warning Cell service is very spotty, but the office actually has a pay phone that you can use. Will definitely camp here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the rustic log cabins built in another era. Especially the wood stove that was a wonderful experience to cook on after getting it fired up. And temps were 10-18C so it gave a cozy warmth. We accommodated no running water in cabin just fine. Pristine location. No cell phone service gave us real family time. Rental boats very reasonably priced. Campfire every night was the best. Joy & Matt are best hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was great! Location is beautiful! Cabins are nice and clean and well done. We used the wood stove to cook so that was fun. A bathroom or even just a sink in the cabins would be a great addition. As well if the hiking trails were marked or there was a map would be a great addition! But we had a great time regardless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best vacation I had in years! The cabins are great. The owners/operators are friendly and amazing! There’s no cell service which is actually quite much needed. The elevation is 1200m above sea level. So when the weather says 31 degrees in Kamloops expect 4-5 degrees cooler. The drive is short and cool when you drive right beside the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard about this location but was pleasantly surprised at the lovely little piece of wilderness paradise that it was. Cozy little cottages greet you as you pass by a gem of a lake. Dragonflies, Loons, Ducks and Frogs keep you company as you relax along the shoreline reading a book from the Lodge's library or stroll around the lake. The Lodge has a well stocked little store along with a large selection of movies to watch on a big screen in the lounge area. Camping can be done by tent, trailer or RV. There are showers and flush toilets as well as a laundry area. The new owners are welcoming and friendly, full of a wealth of knowledge about the history of the property and surrounding area. I will definitely be making this a regular holiday spot and recommending it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't thank the staff enough for making this an awesome place to visit. The early 1900's cabins are amazing, the grounds are so well kept and the skating rink was perfect. I wish I had more knowledge on ice fishing so I could have taken advantage of what is apparently some of the best fishing around Kamloops during our stay. The wash house is immaculate, and the store on site is well stocked and the prices are extremely fair. For myself, one of the highlights of our visit was being able to cook on the original wood stove that was in the Hilltop Cabin, what an amazing experience. I will be sure to make this an annual visit. Thank you to this amazing family for an amazing weekend.
