★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left them our items to print the logos on, we’ve explained that we need it for home show in a specific date and they ensure us that it will be ready.
A day before the due date we called to check if all is ready and they didn’t even sent it to production!!!
The excuse was that some information was missing!
If you don’t have a certain information the logic thing to do is to call the client, no?! At knightworks design they are waiting until the client will call!!
Worst customer service ever!

Over the years they have shown myself and to the many people I referred to them nothing but the utmost professionalism at all times. They have always come through for my business even on short notice, as I know Don and Kim have sacrificed their off time to ensure I always have what I need, when needed. On very short notice they designed all our logos, race car design, autograph cards and t-shirts. Their pricing is well below industry standards.
