I am very disappointed with the service I have been receiving from this company. No one calls clients back 7th message left this morning in regards to policy. Mistakes have been made and no credit applied to my account, was promised due to a mix up on their end it would be resolved. Insurance is now taking out 40% more then expected and no call back to notify me on status. Called insurance company and was informed I have to speak with broaker in which no call backs. I am super frustrated with this service and makes sense why they cannot keep employees.

Alan, Robyn and Kevin (and can't forget Lola) not only cut down my insurance payments by combining my home and auto insurance but they go the extra step to make you feel like a part of their family at Foothills. Alan walked me through my policy and made recommendations on the coverage I need, and always responds quickly to any questions I may have. Great experience, great people and great service.

Joke of an insurance company. My husband has been trying to get ahold of the office for months now without a phone call or email being returned. Now, he has been in an accident and we have to go through Intact directly because the office is incapable of answering the phone or returning calls and emails. We have been with Knight Archer a lot longer than the new owners and it has been nothing but terrible customer service since then. Do not buy an insurance agency if you have no intention of managing it. We do not want to switch brokers because of the hassle and headache of the process but have been left with no choice.

A few things have happened that warrant a mediocre/bad rating. Firstly, rate stayed the same and went up in 2 consecutive renewals. perhaps not an issue, but was told they didn't bother checking pricing with other companies because they already know the lowest priced one. On the insurer side, I have had 4 months worth of payments taken directly out of my bank account when I was told 2-3 months for an initial payement when I first was insured. The firing of this broker happened when I received a renewal notice 4 days before money was coming out of my bank account. (The price also went up even though I have completed years 6 and 7 of a clean driving record while using the broker. In comparison, a new broker yielded me a savings of $400+ a year) Upon Cancellation I was given incorrect information, was told a refund would be deposited into my bank in about a week, 2 weeks realistically due to paperwork having to pass through the broker. I called Aviva to confirm this, and it is untrue. Because I have a commercial account I will be mailed a check. Will take about 3 to 3.5 weeks altogether. If you just want someone to do everything for you, I can recommend this broker. If you demand competence or wish to retain control of your bank account, I would look elsewhere.

I was put in contact with Foothills Insurance Services Ltd. through Aviva, who they work closely with and was extremely impressed with their service and my quote! Allison was able to help me get auto insurance within a 24-hour turnaround time and my rate is incredible! Nicole was also extremely helpful with this process as well and was very responsive. Very appreciative to have stumbled on their services.
