I heard about Amped from friends and after hearing how much they liked it and SEEING their results I had to try it out. After a few sessions, I was hooked!! I literally saw results after 4 sessions, no word of a lie. I convinced my husband to try it, and he likes it too. It’s a quick work out (with some time to get the suit on). But it’s only twice a week and I’m seeing more results than I did with a personal trainer I hired a while back. Seriously, try this out!!!

Amped Advantage will change the way you approach fitness. Immediately after my first session with Kalyn, I was hooked. From just 20 short, intense minutes, I felt more fatigued, trained, and accomplished than I ever have at the gym. PLUS, I have the rest of the day freed up to do whatever I like. No more 90+ minute high impact, heavy weight sessions at the gym. Amped Advantage is the direction that fitness is headed, and knowing that I have a leg up on these traditional training methods is a great feeling. The results alone are why I won't spend another cent on gym memberships, but Kalyn's approach, encouragement, and drive to better myself will keep me coming back. My partner and I have been going to AMPED for over a year now and we're really happy with the results. We used to go to intensive fitness classes at other gyms 3-4 x a week and really struggled to see results. I tried EMS, admittedly with a lot of skepticism, but thought it might be a good option for my partner's bad knees. Within 4 weeks of doing EMS with Kalyn we were totally hooked. Not only do you get personalized and effective training, but the results are undeniable after just 25 minutes twice a week. Kalyn is knowledgeable about her profession, flexible when needed, and goes over and above to help you reach your goals. You don't find trainers like her often. Worth every penny!

My gf and I had the pleasure of trying amped advantage yesterday! It was an amazing experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I like to be challenged and this definitely didn’t disappoint. I hadn’t been very active the last couple months so I’m quite sore today haha. I wish I lived closer so I could do a couple sessions a week. It is an excellent total body workout

Amped is one of the hardest and most effective, workouts I’ve ever done. Leslie pushes me to discover strength I didn’t even know I had. I look forward to discovering just how much I can do every time I go. EMS is one of my favorite ways to exercise. I highly recommend Amped to anyone.

My wife and I have been going to Amped and had Allie kick our butts weekly since the start of the year! She is an amazing trainer who uses the technology to deliver impressive results. Our bodies have changed so much in terms of muscle strength, definition and endurance over the past month. The ability to get an incredibly hard workout that is easy on your joints is truly life changing for us middle aged folks. Thanks Allie for taking us on this impressive journey!!!

I’ve been consistently coming to Amped for officially 6 months now (when the gyms were allowed to be open). I can’t believe the changes in my body and how quickly they happen. I’ve done all kinds of personal training and various workouts in the past and I’ve never had these kinds of results before. I only go twice a week and my muscles grow rapidly. I have symmetry and balance in my muscles that I’ve never been able to achieve before and activation in areas that have previously been so weak. It honestly feels like cheating when you get to workout only twice a week and get these kinds of results. Over time you can target certain areas where you want more definition and after just 2 sessions I’ll notice major differences in those muscles. It’s also one of the friendliest and most welcoming places to go and anyone can feel comfortable there. If you’re a beer drinker/pizza eater while still being into fitness then you’ll fit right in.

I got some training with Allie and it was awesome, she really knows what she's doing when it comes to taking care of your body properly, and she is always willing to help you build up to where you want to be. Get some training with Allie and you won't regret it!
