We went to check out multiple kitchen cabinet companies, but Kitchen Pro was definitely the most professional, honest, and best value. We dealt with Joe for our kitchen and vanity designs, which all turned out great. He spent a great deal of time with different design choices and provided pictures of the different ideas he proposed to help us make our decisions easier. As we were deciding on removing a wall in the kitchen, he was able to come measure the entire space and provide a possible design with and without the wall which we appreciate greatly. We met with Victor who showed us around the showroom and explained how the whole process would work. Also Selina was our coordinator, and she took the patience to go through all our cabinets to verify everything was correct before having it delivered and installed in our home. Overall, the whole team is very knowledgable and we love how all our cabinets turned out. So we will definitely go with them on our next project.

The designer Joe and coordinator Selena were both very thorough and knowledgeable. We could not be more happy about how our kitchen turned out. Nowadays, given that we are all working from home and spend so much time in our home office, a beautifully design built office will make all the difference to our daily working life. KitchenPro's Joe Ip is really an excellent designer, who is a really detail-oriented user-centric problem solver. The manufacturing house and installation team area also top notch. We love our home office and would recommend KitchenPro, especially Joe Ip, to anyone who is looking for the best professional design build cabinetry company in the GTA area!

Through checking reviews, visiting its factory, and talking to sales manager Victor, I know that this company could produce high quality products, but with a very competitive price. Some other similar companies could charge as much as twice more. Now the project is done, I am very happy for the final cabinets. many friends gave good compliments. The service is super, Victor, Joe (designer) and Selina are very patient, honest, knowledgeable, and providing timely response. Even installation staff are great too, pay attention to details, no rush work. I recommend this company 100% to my friends.

Victor presented us with several options and was very transparent with their work. He allowed us to explore the showroom and the manufacturing shop until we were satisfied. This allowed us to confidently make a decision and go with their services. He then seamlessly handed off the project to the design team where Joe was able to turn all of our “must haves” into a reality. We had issues surround load bearing walls and Joe was able to work with the layout and still design a one that maintained the style and flow we were looking for. Selina finally took over the end product with countertops and finishes. She has a natural eye for what looks good and ensured the job was completed on time and with no detail overlooked. The group at Kitchen Pro really embody what teamwork and dedication is. Their professional knowledge and craftsmanship is all included and at a very reasonable price point. If I were in the market for another kitchen build I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again. I highly recommend you set up a meeting at their showroom. You won’t be disappointed!

Joe was our interior design and he was great and paid a lot of attention to details from molding to drawers and came to the site check before , during and after installation to make sure that everything fit . Bulkhead in the kitchen had to be removed in order to get the dimension exactly . The web consultation and review of 3D helped us make the right decision . Victor at the office was great in working with our budget and we were also pleased with our decision to purchase the counter thru Kitchen Pro. the designer asked that we go to the shop to see exactly were the cuts were being made specially for the transition lines . Overall great experience with the installation crew. Thanks
