★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were very happy to deal with IDO Cabinetry. From the design stage, Joey was very professional providing us with practical advice. We were very satisfied with the materials, color, and all the accessories they installed in our 2 kitchens, all walk- in closets and all vanities in our bathrooms.
The master bathroom was very elegant. Joey installation team was always on time and they solved many problems during installation with practical solutions. Joey would go the extra mile to make us feel satisfied and happy with the end product.
I highly recommend his company for any custom cabinetry and kitchens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I would never recommend this company. We had a large kitchen project done by them. Everything was installed in June - yet we have been waiting since then for a defective pantry door. (As of Oct 12th) we still have no door!! This is a large piece that had a horrible stain application, Joey (owner) promised he would take care of it - and make a new one. No "new" door was ever made, he instead opted to simply re-stain it. As a result the issue has not been resolved. (Photos below - original door left and "fixed" door right ). IDO says that the workmanship on the door is "Acceptable". Take a look at the pictures and you be the judge. Is that something you would like to see after a 7 week renovation? For me customer service is key - and IDO cabinetry does not provide it. We have been very understanding and patient, we know mistakes happen - but it's how a company handles an issue that matters. For the price we paid - I expect excellence from start to finish. There are many many cabinet makers in the city, dealing with IDO has been disappointing, unprofessional, and costly. Just something to consider if you are planning a kitchen reno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We previously had IDO supply us with a custom wall of cabinets. They come and measured on time and they delivered and installed them on time. It was a very good experience. We just had them make doors for our pantry shelves and they again earned our respect in their capabilities. Their workmanship was excellent and installation was great. Thank you for everything. If and when necessary, we will certainly come to you and will definitely recommend you to our friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a general contractor handling bathroom, kitchen and basement remodule projects. IDO's cabinets are very good quality with a reasonalble price. The best thing is they always show up on the promised installaiton date without any delay which is very important for a general contracor like me handing whole project. IDO also provide countertop so you don't have to go to another countertop contractor. I will reccomend IDO if you are looking for one stop shop for good cabinets and countertop , short lead time, reasonable price and fast responding customer services.

Bringing your dream kitchen (within your budget) to life requires a communication level that is beyond that needs reliable vendor to understand and work with you to make sure all the details you envisioned are captured. Michelle and Tommy were patient, responsive, organized and professional with my kitchen project.
Michelle helped me navigate all the covid-19 roadblocks and delays to complete on time to allow me to move in.I will definitely contact I DO team first for any future projects before looking for any other vendors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent cabinet maker for our complete kitchen renovation! Michelle was very helpful helping us design our kitchen and provided us suggestions for our microwave nook. IDO is very responsive and they were able to answer any questions we had. Installation was done 2 weeks after deposit and they were able to demolish and install cabinets all in one day! The quality is great and the price is excellent. I would absolutely recommend IDO to any looking to do a kitchen renovation!
