I replaced my mirror and got a black one instead of the color of the car. grey. and now I have to save up while being unemployed to replace the other mirror so it matches.

My issues: They do repairs without consulting you first and all estimates are approximate. At no point was I given a firm price. I was talked to in a condescending manner, because I supplied my own parts....I did ask first and the owner said "no problem". I was complained to by the owner about my car tying up his hoist...because he had a lot of work to do. Eventhough all delays were their fault....they dragged their heels for 5 days to diagnose my car. As soon as I had a firm diagnosis I supplied them with a used transmission faster than they could have acquired, and delivered it the next day.....all they did was complain. I have contacts at the wrecking yard. Making customers feel like an inconvenience is a terrible way to do business. Side note about me, I have 14 years experience working at Service Departments as an advisor; giving customer service in Dealership settings.
N	Nicole Arondus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never knew getting your car serviced would be such a hassle to the people you pay to fix it. I've never had a mechanic complain more about fixing my car. When you're being paid to provide a service, you should have better customer service. Especially when paid over $1000 for said service.They also hardly return calls and then complain that your car is holding up their hoist. If they returned calls, it would have been fixed sooner; it takes 5 minutes to call a customer back. I would not recommend this shop for any big jobs. Maybe just oil changes and brakes- something they can do in an hour or two. Honestly, I would never go back. It might benefit them to hire someone to run the office- the owner isn't very good at it. I found him rude and kind of a whiner.

Ed and Kelly went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready before I had to pickup the kids from school, which meant they needed two staff members working on my car before the school bell wrung. Thanks again for the great service and fair prices. Vehicle drives like it's brand new again. Keep up the good work gentlemen!
