He was really polite on the phone while guiding and the best thing was, whenever I called him, he picked up the phone (even around 9om). will definitely recommend their services.

We had an AC installed in the summer and then this winter our furnace fan broke and Torr Refrigeration came and fixed it for us. Great, fast, reliable service. Will definitely be calling them again if we need them.

Harman provided above and beyond customer service, ensuring all concerns were addressed prior and during the installation including taking the time to reassess the AC site location at my request. Every step of the way Harman provided clear and timely communication ensuring a smooth installation process. Very happy with the final product and great customer service!

I got quotes from many different providers, but this was by far the most transparent, straight forward and quick discussion and installation. They came promptly to have a look at our current setup and provided me with a reasonable quote with great warranty and installation options. After finalizing, the work was finished within the next week itself in the most professional manner I have seen yet. Even the after installation service was great where they were able to quickly provide me with accessories for my new setup like AC cover and filters.I will definitely recommend their services for your heating/cooling needs.
