★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Booked a last minute rental here after enterprise somehow broke all their reservations. After my insurance company called with details they had a brand new loaded truck outside and running for me in 20 mins. I wasn't inside for more than 10 minutes and then I was on the road heading home. The return was just as smooth in and out super quick, and they even gave me a ride to the auto body shop to pick up my truck! I Can't say enough about this place, they were amazing to deal with and really helped me out in a pinch. 100% recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything seemed good at first, rented a vehicle with no hassle, people seemed nice and the prices were fair. But when I got the vehicle it was dirty on the inside, it was dusty and the carpets needed to be vacuumed badly. Before I brought it back I vacuumed and wiped everything down and after I returned the vehicle I got a text later on saying they weren't refunding my $250 deposit because the back seat needed to be shampooed. No one or nothing was ever in the back seat, they just wanted to keep the deposit. Will never rent from them again.
