My family has been going to Dr. Do at Kingsway for close to 5 years now. He has been attentive monitoring my eyes with a specific case I have and my husband has enjoyed picking up the latest fashionable frames at his location. At the end of the day, Dr. Do really cares about his patients and will go the extra mile. Case in point when I had an issue with my eyes and I was overseas - I sent an email in the hopes I could get ahold of Dr. Do - he called me personally (I might add during the holidays) to discuss the situation and provide details about what to do. I haven’t had any other doctor ever help me out like that!! I would not hesitate to come to Kingsway Eye Care - you won’t ever regret it.

Dr Do is very knowledgeable and patient. I felt like he really cares and takes the time to address all concerns. My mom has advanced glaucoma so I had a ton of questions. He was so great at explaining to us why her vision is poor and provided great suggestions and advice. He definitely goes above and beyond for his patients. The service there is also really great!

Dr. Shaina Nensi and Radhika Sharma are a great team for anyone suffering vision issues post concussion. They are very knowledgeable and provide a thorough assessment of your eyes and a prescribed treatment plan of vision therapy. If you have had a concussion please take the time to have your eyes checked by a trained vision specialist! In my research I discovered that most concussions have a visual disturbance and none of the doctors we saw diagnosed the problem! My son was rear ended in a minor car accident and was undiagnosed for over a year. Initially he had whiplash and shoulder pain however his insomnia and vision issues did not show up for 2 months. He developed extreme insomnia and an intolerance to screens and slowly became worse each month. One year later we finally found Dr. Nensi and she was able to diagnose his accommodative convergence disfunction and prescribed weekly in class sessions and homework. The vision specialist Radhika is a wonderful therapist and provides gentle guidance at the start (when you are suffering headaches, dizziness, double vision) and encourages you to push yourself as you are stabilizing. It is a long, frustrating road that takes months of therapy but it is worth it and you will get there. My son could not even sit in the front seat of the car to get to the first apt and it was not a linear path to recovery. Radhika gives you confidence and support during a time of great emotional and physical challenges. Now 6 months later he is on the road to recovery. If we would have seen a vision specialist right after the accident the recovery would have been much quicker. I highly recommend Dr. Nensi and Radhika Sharma at Kingsway Eye Care Family Optometry!

I cannot say enough positive things about Kingsway Eye Care. Dr. Do is not only very detailed and knowledgeable, but very personable, patient and attentive. He takes the time to explain your eye exam as well as answer all your questions. The eye exams are very thorough, partly due to the state-of-the-art technology that they use. The staff are very friendly and great at assisting you in choosing your lenses and frames to suit you and your lifestyle. Their COVID-19 procedures are up to standards and make you feel confident that you are cared for. Thank you for the great service and pleasant experience.

My family has been seeing Dr Do for many years now. I recently went in for a follow-up with one eye in particular. The service has always been good with detailed explanations, along with follow-up adjustments as necessary, which helps with aging eyes. Precautions during Covid have also been through and I feel safe going in.

Had a great experience here! Dr Nensi was awesome at explaining all the tests she ran and took the time to discuss the health of my eyes.  They also have an optical with many unique frames, more fashionable and better selection than what I've seen at other places. I'm usually very picky, but Travis made it really easy to find a pair of glasses that worked with my face. Would definitely go back!

I recently came in for an eye exam and I had a great experience at Kingsway eye care. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the online booking system is also very convenient and I was able to change my appointment through the website as an earlier slot became available. After the appointment, I immediately received an email with the invoice and the prescription, without the unnecessary paper. Doctor Sheina was very professional. She explained things along the way and she was open to answer questions at the end. She's very knowledgeable and gave me relevant advice on the contact lenses I was using. I'd recommend their services
