A great introduction to all of Kingston’s best food and drink stops! Dan was an enjoyable tour guide who was passionate about Kingston, it’s history and it’s food culture! We stopped at a variety of places which was fabulous and all of the stops were ready and prepared for the group! Highly recommens!

We LOVED this tour, everything we are was incredible and our tour guide was so knowledgable on the establishments so it was very informative! The owner Heather also stopped by at the very beginning to introduce herself which was a very nice touch. We'll definitely be back!

We did the beer and bites tour yesterday (23 sep 2018). Price was about 70$ a head but we definitely got our money's worth. The beer was great, the food was delicious and the guide kept us entertained the whole time. The thing they don't tell you about is that after the tour is done you get a bunch of coupons and discounts at bars and restaurants in Kingston.

Had a great time at the Kingston Food tour! Definitely did not leave hungry - wow. Several stops ( 7-8) which included elevated versions of fish tacos, poutine, gnocchi, gelato, ice cream, cappuccino, olive oil tasting, bakery treats, cured meat, margaritas, beer and more. This is all you need for lunch. Our guide Jess was enthusiastic, despite the rain, and very knowledgeable about the area. The tour did not require a lot of walking, everything within a few block radius of the harbor.

Kingston Food Tours was an amazing experience. Our tour guide's extensive knowledge and delivery exceeded all expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the wide variety of restaurants visited and the range of foods we tried. The tour was well organized with entertaining stories that accompanied every location. As a student living in the community, I recommend this tour to any student that wishes to learn more about Kingston food culture and get a real taste of history!

I offer a unique point of view for Kingston Food Tours from both a guests perspective as well as a an employee perspective as a current Tour Guide. Before I began doing the tours myself I went on a tour with Jessica and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Heather, is almost always there to great the group at the begining. The tour itself highlights several local restaurants and shops and the information you learn throughout is really interesting, I felt like I learned so much about my own city and Jessica brings so much love and passion to the tour as well as adding her own personal spin on information. As an employee I have SO MUCH FUN doing these tours, it's one of the few jobs I've had thus far in my life that I can safely say I always have a great time doing. It's a really great opportunity to gush about the city I love so much while showing guests some local favourite spots and eating some great food. I find the balance of types of food in combination with the portion sizes is pretty spot on. Very happy to be able to support this locally owned business!

Wonderful tour! I enjoyed the food tour with some friends from out of town - the weather was terrible but our guides kept the group entertained and we all had a great time. My guests got a fab intro to the city and as a Kingstonian I appreciated the mix of general info, history and anecdotes that were offered. The restaurant selection was great, the pace just right and I think it was great value for money! I look forward to bringing more out of town tests out for the tour.

Great tour and great time! Our tour guide was personable, knowledgeable and absolutely the right person for the job. We were given a sheet of discounts (10-20% off) for the places we visited and we made use of about 1/2 of them the same day as our tour! There were 8 different stops, some that had "real" food (fish taco, slice of pizza) some that were just a sample (e.g. two gnocchi). My favourite was the ChΓ΄meur cake at Pan Chancho. There was an exceptional margarita at the first stop and some beer about 1/3 of the way through. The whole time, I was anticipating that we'd be able to try some wine, so if I could change anything about the tour, that would be it. The price was a bit steep ($90 including taxes and service charges) but I felt like I got my money's worth. There's not too much walking (though the last 3 stops were standing stops, so I was tired from standing by the end). I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and will definitely do the "Bits and Bites" tour the next time I'm in Kingston.
