The tour director Steve was great and even played Frank Sinatra's 'New York, New York' as the city skyline came into view. Steve was ready to greet us in the lobby each morning and make sure we had lots of ideas of things to do each day! This was my first time in New York City and the team suggested using the Hop on Hop off bus to get around and see all the sites, I would highly recommend this to any first time visitors! Look forward to hopping on a Maple Leaf Tour again soon :-)

The tour directors are always knowledgeable and available for any questions, and all tours are extremely well organized. I have sent many friends to Maple Leaf for tours and will not hesitate to use again in the future. 10/10 all the way!

Our bus driver Paul was very efficient in circumventing a marathon in Toronto and a Blue Jays game to get us to our venue on time. Our dinner at the Mandarin was wonderful. Richard our tour guide was great in keeping us informed. Once again a great experience travelling with Maple Leaf tours! No fly cruise is next for me with Maple Leaf tours!

They make the experience fun from the moment you set foot on the bus until you arrive home. The accommodations are fantastic and they are there for you the whole trip even while you’re there. It’s always been an amazing experience and I look forward to travelling with them for years to come.

Steve is a great tour guide and Paul was a wonderful driver. Lily was a book of knowledge in Niagara on the Lake. She did an awesome job. We had a great bunch on the bus, lots of interaction and laughs! It was so nice to meet Elliot, Kristine he is certainly a polite and nice young man. Mom and I enjoyed his company at our breakfast table. ? Thanks again and already booked for our next one! Janice

Many varieties of fish and sea creatures that we didn't know existed. Very educational. The horses at Medieval Times were beautiful and very well trained. Amazing. Loved the whole day. Great bus driver and tour guide. Thank you Maple Leaf tours for this much needed Getaway.

The tours are well thought out and the tour directors over deliver every time. My daughter and I took one of their no-fly cruises to the Caribbean. Transportation from Kingston to NYC and back was relaxing and knowing our tour director was on board the ship the whole time was very reassuring. We are looking forward to booking our next trip.
