This is in regards to a new liner and install that was filled with broken promises and an attempt to install over shoddy prep with a liner that did not fit. So it took 2 years to have a pool

We have had our pool serviced by king pool since last October. They have been so accommodating to our schedule and even went out of their way to service our pool with little to no notice for a birthday party after we had our pump shut off due to low water.
All the staff is kind and professional.
We have had the pleasure of usually getting Joe to come service our pool and we are SO SO impressed with his professionalism, kindness to our crazy life and knowledge of the pool (as we have NONE). He is respectful, kind and I couldn’t say enough amazing things about him.
Thanks Joe for always going above and beyond! It’s doesn’t go unnoticed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are new customers to King Pool since 2019 and they did a great job for us on shutdown including some service features (duck plugs) that saved us a bunch of time (and water). Recently I had an issue with my 13 year-old pool heater and spoke with Ivan from Service. He was super knowledgeable and talked me through options to resolve my issue without a service call. His advice was spot on and 30 minutes later I was up and running. I can't thank Ivan and King Pool enough for their help. I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice guys, but they don't stand behind their product or workmanship. I've had the same pool for 30 years, King Pools replaced the liner 5 years ago and it is already in need of another one. The sides are wrinkled from improper installation to the extent that the Vacuum can't pass over, but they claimed first that my winterizing caused it, then later that it was chemicals that caused it. Now the bottom has deteriorated already and is starting to leak, again they said my fault again--even though I maintained the first one for 25 years with no problem, and the pool is always clean and clear. They won't honour the lifetime warranty, and told my to call the manufacturer myself. There are other Pool places in Kelowna, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Other Pool outlets have said it is likely improper installation. I just want to swim without spending $6,000.00 on a new liner every 5-6 years. They won't get any more of my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. We had them come close our pool. The tech missed a jet and when we asked them to come out and re-do the closure he couldn't find the missed jet without direction. (he's the professional!?) After explaining where the jet was that was missed he called back and said it was done. We had all the chemicals they needed to close the pool and when I received the invoice they had billed us for chemicals we had sitting there. I called to have them removed from the bill which they did.
I was not feeling confident in this company so I hired another company to come make sure it was done correctly. That company found that the last jet plug was not installed correctly and wasn't sealed. I tried to speak with the owner but the wife (Debbie) wouldn't let me speak to him. She's very rude and told me to go elsewhere if I had issues. I wanted my money back because I now had to hire 2 companies to get the job I hired them for done correctly.
They could have ruined our pool and have chosen to deny any wrong doing and take no responsibility.
I'm thankful I went with my gut and had the pool re-winterized by a more honest and reliable company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
