★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'été dernier, j'ai eu un malentendu lors d'une transaction. Le patron m'a assuré qu'il pourrait changer ma cartouche d'encre. Lorsqu'on a constaté que King Ink Jet ne tenait pas le modèle de la cartouche de mon nouvel appareil, le commis est entré en contact avec le patron. Le patron lui a dit par téléphone qu'il me créditerait une cartouche au moment où le magasin se metterait à tenir le nouveau modèle en question en stock.
J'y suis passé quelques fois par la suite, sans y revoir le patron qui était toujours en congé ou en vacance. J'y suis repassé une semaine ou deux plus tard pour voir si le magasin avait reçu le nouveau modele de cartouche. Toujours aucune nouvelle, et un nouveau commis qui était présent a observé ma facture et m'a dit qu'ils ne pourraient rien faire pour moi car ma facture était trop vieille pour un échange. J'ai tenté de peine et de misère à lui expliquer l'entente que j'étais supposé avoir avec le patron.
Cet employé me coupait sans cesse la parole et d'un ton très condescendant, me laissait savoir que "C'est comme ça quand on laisse les choses traîner." Effectivement, c'est comme ça quand on laisse les choses traîner. Vous venez de perdre un client fidèle depuis plusieurs années dû à votre manque de soucis face au suivi à l'égard de votre service à la clientèle et à la qualité douteuse de certains employés.
Last summer, I had a misunderstanding during a transaction. The boss assured me that he could change my ink cartridge. When it was found that King Ink Jet was not holding the cartridge model for my new device, the clerk contacted the owner. The boss told him by phone that he would credit me with a cartridge when the store started to keep the new model in stock.
I went there a few times thereafter, without seeing the boss who was still on leave or on vacation. I went back there a week or two later to see if the store had received the new cartridge model. Still no news, and a new clerk who was present observed my bill and said that they could not do anything for me because my bill was too old for an exchange. I tried with difficulty and misery to explain to him the understanding that I was supposed to have with the boss.
This employee kept interrupting me and in a very condescending tone, let me know that "It's like that when you leave things lying around." Indeed, that's how it is when you leave things lying around. You have just lost a loyal customer for several years due to your lack of concern regarding the follow-up with regard to your customer service and the questionable quality of certain employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je devais absolument acheter le "kit complet" pour mon imprimante. Malgré que les boîtes étaient toutes séparées. Il n'y a pas cette arnaque chez Bureau en Gros... mais comme j'en avais absolument besoin à ce moment, j'ai acheté le "kit"
100$ plus tard, je reviens à la maison et mon imprimante n'accepte pas leurs cartouches. Sur la facture c'est inscrit Aucun Remboursement-Garantie 15 jours. Je vais tenter de me faire rembourser. Je vous laisse savoir...
Finalement, un service cordial pour me remplacer les cartouches défectueuses.
I absolutely had to buy the "complete kit" for my printer. Although the boxes were all separate. There is no such scam at Staples ... but as I absolutely needed it at the time, I bought the "kit"
$ 100 later I come home and my printer does not accept their cartridges. On the invoice it is written No Refund-Guarantee 15 days. I'll try to get my money back. I'll let you know ...
Finally, a cordial service to replace the defective cartridges for me.

I brought an hp cartridge to fill; we exchanged my cartridge for a house cartridge, I did not notice the change and put the cartridge in my printer, it no longer works; I couldn't get a refund, that's not honest
