Nobody had called to advise or to reschedule and reception looked like she didn't care. Very disappointed as I thought they would consider customer service as their top priority but they're just another typical walk-in clinic.

The doctor, receptionist and pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was seen and that her symptoms to a severe allergic reaction were remedied. I was a little panicked over the swelling and rash she had developed but after our visit to the clinic I was completely at ease and within two days she was back to her self. I highly recommend the Mountain View Medical Clinic.
E	Emma Loveday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly always a dreadful experience. The receptionists and medical staff are rude and unprofessional. Regardless of calls way ahead of time or appointments made, I’m always waiting for hours even when there is nobody in the waiting room. I’ve had doctors refuse to fill out important forms for me as they “did not have time” regardless of the fact that it was hours before closing and I was the only one in the clinic. I’ve been coming here since it’s opening and the quality of patient treatment has severely declined in the last year.
D	Dean Lipka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place except for Dr. Chin. This guy is late all the time. Supposed to be open till 6pm. When he is working, he tends to stop taking patients around 3:30 pm even when nobody is in the waiting room. Sitting here at 10:45 am, he was supposed to be here at 9, just walked in now. Pretty bad when you need to book a half day off work to see a doctor when he is working
c	christina cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists were wonderful but the doctor was terrible. Did not listen to my issue. I mentioned a symptom and was told not to worry about it. Told me it was allergic reaction when it wasn't and told me that if later I couldn't breathe then go to Emerg. Also heard the doctor saying she was so tired not to take any more patients. This is the second time I've been here and not received any help (once for child and once for myself). Will not be returning.
C	Chris D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walk in use to be good, but they are definitely having a issue keeping a good doctor now. The pharmacist is amazing. He really cares about the patience and is super fast. I won’t go anywhere but here for my prescriptions.
D	Daniel Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice in 1 month I went in with an appointment and had to wait over an hr while patients walking in were served first. Clinic staff has zero customer service skills. The doctor was beyond rude and repulsive. She had zero care for me and my needs. Absolute worst Doctor I've ever met. Reported her to the Collage of Physicians. Please stay away from this garbage walk in-clinic. You should be shut down and have your license revoked! The only positive thing is the pharmacist. He's the only thing keeping this place afloat.

The doctor was fabulous with my 2 year old daughter and my 4m old son on two separate occasions. The receoptionist allowed me to add our name to the wait list the past visit so that I didn't be have to sit with a screaming infant for longer than necessary. The pharmacist was also great and patient while trying to figure out our health plan coverage since we haven't used a different pharmacy in years. Overall, we will definitely be back
