He took the time to make the correct diagnosis, which also involved Ultrasound examination on my first visit. He started treatment right away, and I feel confident I'm in the right hands. His office is clean and modern, and his staff are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Masoumi and his professional team. He came highly recommended to me by my daughter who is a surgeon, and I couldn't be any happier.

Doctor Masoumi is amazing, very experienced, he helped me out for an emergency work injury, during the weekend, without an appointment, when he was basically off, can’t thank him enough. Highly recommended !

Thanks to Dr. Ali, Brodie Hauser and other team members for proving us with the best possible services. They are compassionate and supportive! I’ve been through so much pain and I’m getting better results after each and every visit. Other than that, I am so very pleased with the level of professionalism and ethics they apply to their work.

I was in a lot of pain and it was ruining my vacation. I called late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in on Saturday, giving up their lunch time, to treat me. The staff and medical professionals couldn't have been friendlier and the treatment worked perfectly. I'm nearly 100% after 1 treatment and 5 days of home based physical therapy (video examples of exercises really help to make sure you do them correctly). If I lived in the Vancouver area I would go to Kinematics Sports Medicine and Rehab. They are exceptional.

I can say without exaggeration that Jonathan has been a great support and help throughout my recovery. I do not feel I need to write that he is knowledgeable, educated, or pleasant because that is self evident. Jonathan is there to help you. He takes the time to listen and understand your problems and is always ready with exercises, stretches, advice and activities to both help and push you towards getting better. But what I appreciate the most is the time he takes to explain his thinking and relay it to you in an honest way. You need someone who will tell you the situation you are in and give you an honest accounting of how they can help you and push you to work to help you help yourself. I don’t wish to write an overly emotional review, but he has been the backbone, no pun intended, of my recovery and I appreciate both his professionalism and care over the last 4+ years. I highly recommend him.

While other places treat you like a number and push you out the door, he took his time to listen and thoroughly understand my problems. I’ve been searching for a place where treatment is individualized and not the same thing every time I go in regardless of what I’m dealing with. With Dr. Felix, you can tell that your care is personalized and that he cares about you as an individual. He is incredibly skilled at what he does and I am so grateful to have found him. Booking in with him is easily the best health decision I have made in a very long time.
