She brings all her passion and expertise to her patients and you can tell she genuinely cares about your overall health. Her assessments are thorough and her acupuncture has saved me many times. I've been seeing Kathryn for awhile now and she's always learning new techniques and approaches that she brings to our sessions. I also recently starting seeing Lauren for massage too and she's amazing! With my pain issues, it had been along time since I actually had a relaxing massage but Lauren strikes a great balance between working through my issues and leaving me feeling relaxed. There is no one I trust more with my care than Kathryn and her Kinective team.
J	Jorge J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Melanie Cundari (physiotherapist) and Dr. Natalie Gelman (chiropractor) at Kinective Health & Performance for almost 5 months now and highly recommend the practice! Persistent issues that brought me to the clinic include lower back pain, shoulder injury, and neck strain/aches from work. After spending time being treated as well as guided with movement exercises, my overall health has drastically improved. I am able to move more easily and do not feel constrained by pain compared to before. The best thing about the clinic, in addition to being new and sleek, is the gym studio and equipment. It has been incredibly helpful being guided with proper exercise techniques while dealing with an injury using the equipment. It was frustrating not knowing how to properly exercise with an injury but I did not want to give up on staying active. Thanks to Melanie’s care, attention, and incredibly vast knowledge, I am more comfortable with movement and reaching my fitness goals. Dr. Gelman offers the perfect balance for my treatment with soft tissue therapy as well as acupuncture. The physicians are highly skilled and helpful, especially since they are in the same clinic and collaborate on enhancing my treatment plan. I appreciate that the equipment used is cleaned thoroughly after each guest and feel comfortable visiting the clinic with the COVID-19 precautions in place. Thank you Melanie and Natalie for all the incredible help!
