D	Daniel German on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUCH better now that the staff have been retrained. Used to screw up my order every time... now, well... I eat what I ordered! A little pricey for soup and salad, but healthy, at least!

I got the freshii green and it tasted really sweet, didn’t taste healthy at all (which I find great because I’m not really a healthy person) even though it is a very healthy smoothie. The prices are a little much but you can’t expect any less from a healthy food place. The teriyaki chicken bowl and the chicken burrito was pretty good.

K	K J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Addendum: I voiced my concerns again and got a refund, which I appreciate. I am still wondering how it tasted so different. At least, their customer service is good. The worst burrito Ive had at a Freshii. Didn't taste anything like what Im used to at other Freshii locations. The portion was very small, ingredients were missing, and it tasted and smelled burnt. I informed a staff about missing ingredients and he said everything is in there. So, why did it taste so different? I took a few more bites to find that familiar taste and did not. Very disappointed! I plan on calling management.

I was then charged extra for wanting to swap out eggs for tofu, even though I've ordered the same thing countless times at other locations with no issue. Ended up being charged 10 dollars for something that would have been 6. Employees were rude to me when I explained that I shouldn't be charged extra. Would only go back if I couldn't find anywhere else with vegan options.
l	leah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there about once a week, and every time, They do not disappoint. Everything here is delicious, my personal favourite is the Tex mex, simple, but amazing. A very friendly staff, a very nice atmosphere, one of my favourite restaurant! And it's healthy!!

I placed an order and they charged for avocados and did not include them. They offered a new bowl that was supposed to make up for the other one and once again forgot to include the avocados (as you will see in the photos).
