J	Jeanine Mailloux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The “care” we got was absolutely terrible. Dr. Goad was very dismissive of my daughters symptoms and did not listen to our concerns. She made my daughter feel like she was lying and that her post Covid vaccine heart pain was probably a pulled muscle. I had to call back twice, almost 2 weeks after getting blood work, to get the results. It was her receptionist that told me everything was ok as per the Dr. I asked to see the blood work results and there were a few items flagged as being abnormal that were never brought yo our attention. We will not ever go back.

I have called the clinic to ask if they do accept new patients before I ask my family doctor to do a referral for my son they said yes the same day I went to my doctor and asked her to do a referral, after a week I called this clinic to take an appointment they said we declined the referral because we do not accept new patients. They wasted my time and they said they sent me a letter but I have not received anything.
A	Adam Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a poor operation they have running here. Was referred to Dr foster by emergency at stollery hospital. Dr foster came highly recommended by both family and the emergency staff at the stollery. However the admin staff decided to switch the appointment to Dr. Goad. They said that the cards that are handed out at the hospital are out of date, but they won't be replacing them until they are all gone. They said I could see Dr Goad and then get in to see Dr foster at a later date. After reading the very poor reviews about her I did not think that seeing her was going to work. I expressed my concerns and was dismissed. After informing them that the way they handled things was very poor I received a phone call informing me that they were canceling my daughter's referral and that no one in the clinic would see her. Extremely disappointed. I hope the doctors actually read their reviews and work to control the admin staff a little better.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I received:) I had twins 5 months ago and was having some concerns about them so I was referred to this clinic and I am so very happy that I was :) She was not only extremely kind and helpful but she also wanted to what what I had to say and wanted to help me in any way she could. The way she handled and assessed my babies truly warmed my heart. I am not a silent person when it comes to a bad experience and I don’t tolerate rude or disrespectful people when it comes to the health and safety of my children and I can very reassuringly say that Dr Talwar far beyond exceeded my expectations today:) will 100% recommend her and will only be going here for my future paediatric needs.
A	Aaron Curtis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, every experience with Dr. Masterson is amazing, she is an amazing doctor. The support staff is another story, they are beyond rude and ignorant. The way they treat patients is as if you were putting them out and they treat you like trash. The office is incredibly dirty not something you would expect in the day and age of COVID and certainly not in a doctors office.

After multiple failed attempts to get in to see Dr. Goad, I finally made it to the day of the appointment but due to unforseen circumstances was late about 10mins because my baby threw up all over herself on our drive to the appointment. I had to change her before taking her in and was turned away for being late. It's very frustrating and disappointing after booking time off work couple with the stress of the pandemic and getting such inconsiderate treatment with my unwell baby. It's really upsetting because Dr offices will always make you wait even if you arrive on time but they are very inconsiderate when it's the other way around. Very disappointed and never going back there.
K	Kathleen Hilsden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't have a pediatrician for my first child, but met Dr. Foster as she was the pediatrician on shift when my second was born and we liked her bedside manner and felt safe and like we were in good hands so we stuck with her as a pediatrician. Honestly, it's a longer drive from St. Albert to her office in Edmonton but I find it 100% worth it, parking kind of sucks as it's on-street residential parking, and I don't think there's an elevator as the office is on the 3rd floor, but staff will help out if you call that you are there and need help. Their COVID protocols aren't overly repetitive and annoying which is nice and the appointment booking process and reminders are easy and not annoying either. The wait time from when you first arrive to seeing the doctor is tolerable ( never over 20 minutes) and you always get your own room, and don't have to wait in the waiting room. Dr. Foster is awesome, the way she talks to you and says things doesn't undermine you and makes you trust her and feel comfortable that she is taking care of your child and family. She is definitely on top on current pediatric information, knowledge, processes, etc, and everything she passes on to you is current and not outdated. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Foster and the staff at Kinder Care.
