With the first lender that I went to I had to wait for half the time I had to get my financing together till I received the first response that I needed to come up with more information, by the time I had that all together and sent in, I had a couple of days left when they told me that I didn't qualify for the mortgage. A coworker gave me Kim Holcek's contact when I told her I didn't get a mortgage after all. I contacted Kim and she was right on it. She did not give up till she had the information she needed to approve the mortgage for me. Kim did all the hard work in guiding me step by step through the whole process. Never making me feel as though I was a nuisance to her and should have my stuff together already. She was truly excited for me in my new adventure. She is amazing at what she does.
