Unfortunately I've had terrible experiences with banks and other brokers in the past. But Ardent Mortgages made the process this time very easy and pleasant. I basically sat back while they went to work. I struggled with a past lender and simply put they just weren't very responsive to my needs. To make matters worse, because of Covid my past lender refused to physically send out an appraiser and instead appraised my home based on what I purchased it for back in 2016! Ardent wasn't going to stand for this nonsense and within 1 day they found me a new lender who appraised my home for $165,000 more and they even offered me a really low rate - like I said all within 1 day! They even referred us to a lawyer who was able to finalize the pertinent documentation quickly. Without Ardent there is no way we would have been able to obtain this great rate and finalize matters quickly. They are very professional and very easy to talk to and they made my wife and I feel very comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their services. You can't find a better broker than Ardent.

In September 2020, we were in such a good place in our lives and we decided to buy a house. We then met a “mortgage broker” who had lied to us, tricked us, and wasted our thousands of dollars. The Ardent Mortgages team came to the rescue and LITERALLY saved us from that mess. There has not been a single day that we wished we met Joseph, Tori, and Mia before meeting this other scammer guy. We are so grateful for their service, friendship, and help, and we will be grateful for them forever. If you are looking for people you can trust, Ardent Mortgages is where you must go! We had 3 extensions for the completion of our home which pushed us back a year and a half. Joseph and his team at Ardent Mortgages stuck with us the whole time and never complained for a second about the extensions. They always kept in constant communication with us and handled all of our requests and concerns.
