Going in, I had so many questions and they answered all my concerns until the very end when I received my stroller/wagon. I always managed to reach them via email or through a call back even tho I’m out of province. I will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family and I myself, will definitely shop here again!! Thanks for everything!
M	Mino Chou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT. Ordered my Ninebot June 29 2021, almost 1 year ago!!! Was promised over and over again that they will ship it to me. Cant seem to get a refund or delivery date, just we are generic email "working with the supplier we will get back to you shortly." And then they ghost me. Do not reply to email, and phone calls. I tried to go to their physical location, and there is no store!! If i could give it a zero star i would. Just a scam. I will be reaching out to Paypal to notify them of this store
G	Gillian Cervi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. Do not buy from here. You can find your item any where else. I have had an ongoing, now 14 month issue. Never has been resolved. The phone numbers provided either do not work or they do not answer. They do not answer their email, and if they do, they just reply with a standard robotic response. Their address is actually just an address, there is no store you can physically visit!!! They are international, not Canadian. They pay for positive reviews, just read yourself, you can tell right away that the positive reviews are fake. They are getting away with fraud. I have no idea how this company is supported by our big box stores. They should be investigated and shut down.
P	P Emer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a wonderfold W4 Luxe from here. Overall, It was okay. I was a little disappointed that they have a 10% cancellation fee on orders. I paid $1300 but was able to find somewhere else that sold it for cheaper. I contacted kidz on wheels a few times to see if they would price match but no response. When I called the location the individual acknowledged my email and mentioned someone would call me back but never did. This was a little disappointing. Wagon was shipped just fine and the quality is great. Happy with our purchase overall.

Two months later the bike finally showed up . After roughly two weeks of my son riding the bike both bikes have now failed. They are refusing to answer calls, texts or emails. Bike is usable and unable to get parts. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!

Finally i started inquiring about it after 6 months, barely been able to reach them. Promised me that they would ship it our "next week" or they are speaking with "supplier" and then would never reach back to me. Recently, they are not picking up any calls or returning any emails. Its shocking that a scam store like this exist. If you try to go to their address, you will not find the store. Im still figuring out how I can get my ninebot after almost 1 year.

I then started to contact the seller to inquire about my product. They told me that the item was shipped, so I asked for a tracking number to which they had to get back to me again. After another 6 days, they finally contacted me saying there was a "glitch" in their system and that in fact the product I was trying to purchase wasn't available. They offered me a "deal" on another product that was actually on sale for less than what they were offering me so I asked if there was something different they could offer me. From that point on they wouldn't answer phone calls or messages on their website....it took my wife using her maiden name to finally get ahold of someone to process our refund. I'm still weary that we will see a refund but time will tell. If I could give zero stars I would have as this has been a 2 month process.

I’ve ordered several other items from other companies the same day and they had all gotten to me in less than two weeks however I was getting skeptical because this was my biggest purchase and I had heard nothing except that they happily took my money. I then started emailing, calling, sending them messages on Facebook as well as instagram. Each time they take days to reply and say that another department will look into it for me and get back to me. It seems like they are trying to buy themselves time for whatever reason. I want my money back and no one from this company is willing to help. Awful customer service, this company is clearly a fraudulent company with tons of fake reviews. Time to start investigating this company because there’s some sketchy stuff going on. Give people their money back. And if you don’t have the products in stock, it should be clearly stated on your website. It seems to be the same story with every complaint. “Package gets lost, then they try to resend it and nothing ever comes” again buying themselves time for whatever reason. The scam is up!! Do not buy from them!!! They continuously delete bad reviews as well.
