Long read - but details matter when you are searching for a daycare! Our daughter started here in August 2021- our first few weeks were completely unacceptable in my opinion. The site director at the time was rude, dismissive, and extremely disorganized. She wouldn't tell us if staff were vaccinated. As we were unable to meet any of the teachers or even see inside the centre (due to COVID), I felt sick dropping her off. We were convinced that we had made a huge mistake by choosing Kids and Co and were seeking an alternative childcare arrangement. However, shortly after, a different director (Brittany) took and EVERYTHING changed. Brittany is incredible - warm, kind, on the ball, super organized, and professional. We've now met all of our daughter's teachers. All the staff know my little one's name. They light up and call to her when we walk in. They notice little things and changes about her. They laugh with us about her little quirks. They make us feel like they really care about her and that she's special to them. When I pick her up at the end of a long day, she's often snuggled into someone's arms. The staff seem to like being there. The food they serve is really healthy and well rounded and has a robust flavour profile - and our kid eats it all. There's an app they use that gives updates throughout the day - pictures, diaper changes, water intake, anything notable. There's also a webcam you can access to check on the kids. As it stands right now, I would not hesitate to recommend this place. The centre has far exceeded our expectations for childcare in a setting like this. It's very warm, loving, and fun. But I would also say that leadership really matters and made a huge difference to our experience here. (I should also say that a Kids and Co rep reached out to me as a part of the scheduled onboarding feedback and I was pleasantly surprised by their openness and receptivity - I wish I had called them sooner with my initial concerns).

My little guy goes to Kids & Company and absolutely loves it. He actually runs up to the door to get in every morning. The teachers and staff are really warm and caring and keep me updated on everything that goes on during the day through their free kindertales app. I love that I get pictures of his activities and notes about everything from diaper changes, nap times, to alerts when supplies are low. I also like the option of their webcam when you want to check in on your little one. I don't use it a lot, but it gives peace of mind! The cherry on the top is the take home snack that is offered daily. Keeps my guy happy in the car ride home. Definitely recommend Kids & Company, which has kept my son happy and safe in these covid times so I have nothing to worry about.

I would like to take a moment and write about Brittany. She is the director of this Kids and co location. She cares and listens to parents concerns and takes appropriate action. Whenever we reached out to her, we came back happy. The place is clean and brand new with lots of natural light specially the toddler class room which is a corner unit.

Kids & Co. is absolutely great! They treat my child like family and that is such a relief for any parent. The staff and directors are amazing, always upbeat, positive and always ready and available to answer any questions you have. The food provided is excellent, balanced and nutritional. The best parts are the webcams and the app...I get to look in on my child throughout the day and the app provides me with updates of my child's day as well as pictures and videos of the activities the educators are doing with the children. This is the best company company to use for child care. Well worth every penny.
