★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always bring my kids here. There are so many styles offered and the customer service is amazing. The staff are very friendly and are very good with kids, they exhibited such patience with my kids wanting to try on several pairs before settling on “the ones”
It should also be noted that they have a loyalty program, they keep track of the amount spent and you get a gift certificate back.
The store also stocks adult sizes so it really doesn’t take long to earn that gift certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alisha was fantastic, we bought 2 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of boots during Covid and the accommodation she gave us was beyond what we expected.
We ordered online, she assisted us with numerous pairs and suggestions.
All in all, she has gained a new customer for life.
Would recommend to any parent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to buy boots, and the guy that was “helping” was obviously in a rush. He placed two of the three boots we wanted to try on back on the shelf and moved on to other clients.. when I went to see him and asked if I could try the boots it was too late. The people that came in right after us got the last pair in the size we needed.
Typically it’s a long wait to get in, and we received poor customer service from the guy with the long pony tail. I have one very disappointed kiddo here tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location on Sunday , it was fairly busy. Had a wonderful experience as i was helped by a young woman who was very knowledgeable about the kamik boots with liners i was interested in. There was a family in that was very rude and vulgar, demanding they be served first even though they were last to enter the store. The younger gentleman and lady were very respectful and mature about the situation. I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. Came in with a young toddler and was neglected by the staff throughout our stay at the store despite several requests to get some assistance. Every other customer after us got attention even though we were the only ones with a small child. The man at service was totally disrespectful and did not show the least concern about the fact we were waiting for so long. On the contrary, we were even scolded for entering the store without his explicit invitation. Absolutely unacceptable attitude for a store claiming to offer professional services for kids! I would search for the same brands elsewhere and never support such a business nowadays when everyone is struggling to win and keep customers during the tough COVID times.
